Exchange Policy – Ceylon Elephant Co.
At Ceylon Elephant Co., we are committed to delivering high quality apparel and wearable products. Due to hygiene and quality assurance standards, all returns and exchanges are subject to strict inspection and approval.
1. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Items must be free from perfume, stains, damage, or alterations

Items with removed, cut, detached, tampered, or reattached tags are not eligible for exchange.

Only size or colour exchanges are permitted.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Items purchased on sale, promotion, or discount.

Items that fail quality inspection
3. Return Methods
Option 1: Courier Pickup (Citypak)

You may contact Ceylon Elephant Customer Care to arrange the return pickup process.

Once your return request is accepted, our official courier partner Citypak will contact you to arrange pickup
-
Items must be securely packed in original packaging (inner & outer)
-
A delivery note (consignee note) will be provided at pickup and must be shared with customer care.

A pickup fee of Rs. 500 will be applicable, payable by the customer at the time of collection.
Option 2: Exchange via Store

Contact our Customer Care team first with your order details and clear images of the product(s) for an initial evaluation of their condition.

Once confirmation is provided by Customer Care, you may visit any pre-confirmed CECO or Spa Ceylon outlet on the pre-confirmed date.

Our outlet staff will inspect the product upon arrival. If the item meets our exchange eligibility criteria, the exchange will be approved and completed at the store itself.

If the items do not meet the return criteria, the exchange will not be accepted
4. Inspection & Approval (Courier Returns)

All returned items undergo strict quality inspection.

If the item passes inspection, the exchange will be processed & delivered within 7–10 working days.

If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer at their cost.
5. Important Notes

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
-
Each order is eligible for a single exchange only; repeated exchanges for the same order are not permitted
-
Ceylon Elephant Co. reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not meet the stated conditions
